The Matrix by Aimee Scott

from A$20.00

the matrix

A photo from a series about everyday life in the city. In observing the constant cycle of repetition, it almost seems as though no one is really sure if they’re even awake in this endless pursuit.

A5 (148 x 210mm) with a 10mm white border and A4 (210 x 297) with a 15mm border.

The prints are done on 350 gsm silk paper.

Aimee is a photographer who often looks to photograph the ordinary sides of life, in a way that offers the viewer an insight into the things they may not typically notice. She is usually drawn to documenting the realities: 'displaying the imperfections in a world where they are disappearing'. This is predominately done on 35mm and medium format film.
